What are the system requirements ?
Cleanup Assistant runs on any computer with Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7, both in 32-bit and 64-versions.
Can I install Cleanup Assistant on more than 1 computer ?
You can install the free edition of Cleanup Assistant on any computer. For the Pro edition, you need a license for every computer.
Do I receive free software updates when i upgrade to the Pro edition ?
You receive free updates for minor revisions of the software (for example 2.0.0 -> 2.0.1). Updates for your version will be announced in the Overview panel in Cleanup Assistant.
How does Trash cleaner delete files ?
Trash cleaner does not move files to the recycle bin, nor does it make backups of your files. Be careful to review items before deleting them. If you are not sure, make a backup of your system prior to using Cleanup Assistant.
I deleted a file with the file shredder by accident. Can I recover the data in any way ?
No. The object of the file shredder is to permanently delete files. No data recovery of any kind should be possible.
To prevent accidental removal of files, File shredder requires you to type over a security code prior to deleting data.
Can I save one of the generated charts ?
Yes. Right-click inside the chart and you will be presented with a variety of options such as saving or changing chart settings.
Can I get support for Cleanup Assistant ?
Yes, for users of the Pro Edition, support is included.

You can find you key under Help / About Cleanup Assistant, or in the e-mail you received when registering your Pro edition.
